Each piece is made and/or prepared with care and attention to detail. Please ensure all sizing and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
All orders require processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item and demand.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeframe.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for each client.
- All custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable
- Once production begins, no changes can be made
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements
Sizing Disclaimer
We are not responsible for improper fit due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
If you are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend getting professionally measured before placing your order.
Shipping Policy
Once your order has been shipped, Exquisite Specialty Shop is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason without first contacting us.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with all supporting evidence, including order confirmation, communication records, and shipping verification.
